Night Nurse

Our client is looking to recruit a compassionate nurse to join their dedicated night team within their organisation. Here, you'll be more than just a nurse you'll be a source of comfort and support for our residents during the quieter evening hours.
Package:
Flexible working arrangements (full-time & part-time)
Competitive salary of £17ph-£20ph plus £3 enhancement for night shift

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments, monitor vital signs, administer medications, manage pain, and assist with personal care needs, all while ensuring resident comfort and dignity.
Work closely with the Clinical Lead, shift leaders, and the Registered Manager to deliver exceptional nursing and personal care while contributing to the efficient running of the care home.
Collaborate effectively with our Specialist Carers to provide holistic care for our residents.
If you enjoy helping others grow, you'll have the opportunity to supervise and mentor staff, fostering their skill development.
Requirements:
NMC registration and Live PIN
Experience working in nursing setting for Older People
Proven track record in your clinical assessment skills
Experience of managing a team
Able to work the shifts required and committed to your career and the organisation.
Team player but able to work on own initiative and under pressure at times.
Thorough understanding of CQC standards and able to uphold these in a clinical setting.
