The Royal Bath embodies the finest traditions of first-class comfort and hospitality, nestled in secluded grounds, with outstanding views across the bay, this classically styled hotel is one of a kind.The Royal Bath Hotel is a 207-bedroom hotel, and we are looking to recruit a Night Manager on to the team on a full-time contract.As Night Manager, you will be required to:Assist in training for all night personnel on standards and procedures.Ensure follow up and monitoring of those standards to company requirements.Maintain a positive, proactive approach towards the department, maintaining upmost courtesy and politeness towards guests and staff.Ensure public areas are checked and security and floor checks are carried out on a regular basis.Support other night staff on duty.The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and will ensure the team continue to provide a high-quality service.
