A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NIGHT MANAGER AT ALOFT LIVERPOOL
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.
Oversee the operations of the hotel during night time hours, ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, and security.
Perform nightly audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management, ensuring billing and accounting procedures are accurate.
Supervise night staff effectively, providing training to esnure a high level of customer service is provided.
Work alongside the Front Office Manager to manage staff performance.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

To succeed in the role of Night Manager you will need the following qualities and skills.
Previous experience in hotel operations, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Opera and basic accounting principles.
