What's involved?
As a Night Manager your duties will be varied but not limited to carrying out DM shifts, overseeing the full operations of the hotel, be responsible for the safety & security of everyone and ensure completion of the night audit during the hours of 8pm to 8am. You will be leading by example and ensure each of your team members are effective, trained and developed. Also you will be reporting to the FOM and liaise all relevant communications including any handover with all departments on a daily basis.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with previous hospitality experience as either a Night Supervisor or Night Team leader who is looking for a new opportunity to be part of a well-known national group of hotels, who will flexible to work on a 4 on /4 off shift basis and have experience of working with Opera PMS. Must be hands on, flexible and have proven leadership qualities.
