As a key member of a dedicated kitchen team, you will be responsible for the flawless running of kitchen operations during the night-time hours, primarily for Room Service. Passionate about high-end food and wine, and well-versed in techniques and ideas from international cuisines, you will deliver world-class dishes to exceptional standards, and to budget.
Self-reliant, positive and adaptable, you will also work speedily and efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed for the day ahead. You will bring experience in a luxury dining environment and, in turn, excellent opportunities to develop your career with us await.
