NHS Registered General Nurse

Location: Wandsworth

Banding/Grade: Band 6

Pay rate (Assignment rate): £30 per hour

Contract Length: Ongoing

Hours: Both full-time and part-time available, Monday-Friday and shifts are 9am-5pm

Main Duties: 

• Safeguarding children and families.
• HealthyChild Health Promotion.
• Perinatal mental health assessment and intervention

Requirements of the Health Visitor:

• Must have a degree/equivalent within Nursing (RGN qualified) and an active NMC Registration (Adult)
• Recent UK nursing experience
• Sound knowledge of evidence based health visiting and have practice recently
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
