NHS Perinatal Specialist (CPN)

Sanctuary Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Band 6Perinatal Specialist(CPN) to take on a new ongoing contract role, working as a Mental Health Practitioner.Location:StowmarketPay Rate:£24.58 - £25.58per hour (assignment rate)Contract Type:Locum, 3-month contractShift Pattern: Full time. 37. 5 hours per week.Duties:
Provide support to your colleagues with complex cases, escalating concerns to Safeguarding partners and ensuring that safety plans are in place for high-risk service usersKeep up to date with specific specialist perinatal researchUndertake the planning and delivery of direct patient care with minimal supervision, ensuring continuity of practice and working within a multi-disciplinary and multi-agency environmentManaging a caseload and the provision of mental health care services to people with mental health care needBe responsible for accurate recording of mental health records of all patients on admission, discharge and at reviewWork within the multi-disciplinary team and to form working partnerships with other care providersEnsure service users and / or carer(s) are enabled and empowered to make informed decisions about their care and delivery of that care, working with agencies from within and outside the multi-disciplinary team
Requirements of thePerinatal Specialist:
Nursing degree or equivalent, Dip OT, Social WorkExperience working as a Mental Health NurseRelevant registration
