Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000Location: Central LondonJob Type: Full-time, Office-based My client is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor specialising in Residential Conveyancing to join their reputable law firm in Central London. This role is ideal for a dedicated individual ready to manage their own caseload and assist a partner with files,
focusing on both freehold and leasehold properties, including new builds and second-hand properties. Day-to-day of the role:
Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters with minimal supervision.Assisting a partner with the management of their files.Handling transactions involving both freehold and leasehold properties.Dealing with all aspects of conveyancing for new build and second-hand properties.Providing high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base.Ensuring all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Newly Qualified Solicitor with a focus on Residential Conveyancing.Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and property law.Ability to manage a full caseload independently.Excellent organisational and time-management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.Proficient in the use of case management systems.
