New & Used Commercial Vehicle Sales Controller
We are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Vehicle Sales Controller for our family owned and operated Ford Transit Centre based in Mustow Green, Worcestershire.The ideal candidate will already have at least 5 years experience of selling both New & Used Commercial Vehicles, working to monthly and quarterly targets. You should have experience of working to manufacturer standards including customer satisfaction. Experience of F&I is preferred but not essential. Joining our New and Used sales department, you will be a team player with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. Our Sales Controllers are the key points of contact and pay close attention to detail to understand customers wants and needs. Other Ideal Experience Stock ManagementStock DressingDirect Report to the Management Responsibilities Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in personSuggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needsArranging and accompanying customers on test drivesNegotiating the final price for the saleCompleting the relevant paperwork for each saleKeeping marketing offers up to date, both online and offlineEnsuring all relevant compliance is followed along a customer’s journeyKeeping up to date with latest models and releases from our Manufacturers, but also competitor’s vehiclesKeeping up to date with training requirmentsThe ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, self-motivated and passionate about what they do. You will be expected to hit targets so being ambitious and hard-working is essential.You will hold a full UK driving licence and the hours of work will be as follows:-Monday to Friday: 8:45am - 6:00pmSaturdays: 8:45am - 5:30pmSundays: Ad-hoc shows and special events only(One day off in the week for three weeks, then working the 4th each month.)In return we offer a competitive salary, commission package, employee benefits scheme and contributory pension scheme.
