Job DescriptionCRG is currently searching for a Food – NPD Manager on a full-time permanent basis to work for a Food Manufacturing company in the West Midlands.This New Product Development Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our client's food products.This is a key role in our organization, where you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in food safety, production, and mechanical knowledge.To be considered for this NPD Manager role you must have:Experience:Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related fieldProven experience in New Product Development within the food industryHave managed a team of 4 plus peopleStrong knowledge of food safety regulations and standardsFamiliarity with HACCP principlesSolid understanding of food production processes and equipment.This NPD Manager will be offered the following package:Competitive salary, of Circa 50k to 60k Negotiable plus benefitsShortlisting deadline:16th of April
