Job DescriptionNPD Manager Greetland, Halifax £45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Progression Do you have a background in Product Development, a passion for innovation, and the desire to develop technically?Are you looking to join one of the largest manufacturers in the world?A rare opportunity is currently available to join a multinational and head up their product development team based out of Greetland, Halifax.This fully autonomous role will focus on product development, plant improvements, and quality enhancements, whilst managing a small team and synergising with various departments.An ideal applicant will have proven product development experience, excellent team leadership abilities, and an educational background in chemistry / chemical engineering. Industry experience in the textile, industrial coatings, chemical, polymers, plastics, or building materials is highly desirable.The company themselves operate on a global scale, pride themselves in the innovation and quality of their products and are renowned for their staff development and retention. Due to a recent retirement, we are now seeking an NPD Manager to head up their Greetland R&D team.In this role you will be responsible for a leading a small team of chemists and application engineers.
