Region: LondonMy client is a high end residential developer currently seeking a new homes sales negotiator to work in one of their high end marketing suites on a sites in Central London. The ideal candidate for this role will have new homes experience; however if you have a strong estate agency background you may also be considered for the role.The following experience is intrinsic to the success of application:Experience of selling new homesOff plan sales (desirable)Minimum of 2 years experience working in either residential development or estate agencyCompetent IT skillsA competitive salary of between £28,000-£40,000 is offered along with a generous bonus structure and additional benefits.
