New Homes Sales Executive

New Homes salesman needed for Housing Association based in Huntington York.

Office based working at the Marketing Suite. Two other team members in the suite.

Sales role selling New Build and Shared Ownership apartments. 46 private and 42 Shared Ownership left to sell.
Candidate must have experience of selling Shared Ownership properties. Excellent customer services and sales. Ability to interact with clients, build good rapport and team player.

Commission - 35% of annual salary - �30,124 which equates to �16.09 per hour PAYE. The commission for this would work out at �120 per sale (�90 exchange and �30 on completion).

Working hours - 9am - 5pm.
Thursday - Monday (Tuesday and Wednesdays off).
