Day-to-Day Activities:

Engage in calling new prospects, following up with potential clients, attending prospect meetings, and drafting research proposals.

Collaborate directly with agencies and brands, creating exciting PR and advertising opportunities that benefit the brand, publishers, and consumers.

Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities.

Handle new inquiries via phone, email, or social media.

Work diligently to meet daily KPIs and targets.

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven sales ability, confident in negotiation, creative, self-motivated, and determined to secure business.

Strong desire to meet and exceed targets, utilizing initiative and excellent communication skills at all levels.

As part of a small team, effective communication with colleagues and clients is crucial.

Self-motivation is key, with a significant degree of autonomy in the role.

Proven track record in building customer relationships, with some sales experience preferred but not essential.

Confident telephone manner, ability to think outside the box, and a professional, tenacious attitude are required.

Location: Sheffield - S35 (close to Chapeltown train station)

Salary: £22,400 + commissions up to £30-45k+
