POST- are looking to hire an experienced New Business Consultant for an incredibly successful market-leader.  This is a fully remote role.



This is an exciting, newly created role focused on outbound prospecting to generate quality appointments with Commercial Real Estate Agents and Landlords.



The role will also involve working closely with our larger accounts to provide excellent customer service and demonstrate value.



This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on creating new business opportunities and is motivated by contributing to overall customer growth. You will be working alongside our Account Management team as well as a variety of other internal teams.



What you’ll be doing as an New Business Consultant:




  • Pro actively contact potential prospects and book appointments for Account Managers.

  • Manage a database of prospects and source your own where necessary

  • Liaise with internal teams to build internal relationships and deliver the best outcomes for customers and deliver business goals

  • Contacting existing accounts to establish, build and maintain relationships via telephone & video.

  • Interpret and explain customer performance data using internal tools to add value and demonstrate ROI

  • Achievement of monthly KPI’s and performance metrics relevant to business requirements

  • Communicate and build rapport through effective listening

  • Regular sharing of learnings to colleagues and internal key stakeholders to enhance service and product offering

  • Consistently create a positive sentiment and build value with our customers

  • Recording information in relevant databases and ensure CRM’s are kept up to date

  • Attend face to face team meetings and company conferences when required

  • Demonstrating an excellent knowledge of products and services and to deliver training over the telephone



What we need to see from you:




  • Proven experience of success in a B2B phone or video-based sales environment

  • The ability to work autonomously and is self-motivated

  • Evidence that you can achieve stretched targets/KPI’s

  • The ability to create strong first impressions over the telephone and create the right environment of trust and empathy to build strong initial rapport

  • You'll actively exhibit a growth mindset and a willingness to learn, develop and respond to feedback

  • Demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills

  • Understand and utilise a sales process with effective questioning



What you’ll get as a New Business Consultant:




  • Up to £28,000 basic salary (depending on experience)

  • Achievable, uncapped £10,000 annual OTE

  • OTE is paid monthly and is guaranteed for the first four months on joining
