Outbound qualification calls, emails, and social media connections·
Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns·
Identifying and qualifying potential customers·
Sending marketing materials to follow on from calls.·
Setting appointments for sales team RoleERGOS are looking for New Business Appointment Setters to join our team, tasked with setting IT Consultation appointments with business decision makers for the sales team. This will be achieved through follow-up activity marketing campaigns, qualifying incoming leads, and proactivity identification and prospecting of leads through telephone, email, social media, and other networking opportunities. Your key focus will be to create appointments (virtual or in-person) with prospects, by cold and warm calling, email and LinkedIn, relationship building, and sending information packages. To be successful in this role, previous experience qualifying and developing leads from marketing campaigns and targeted marketing, would be advantageous. You will use your communication skills to cultivate relationships with prospects, from first contact until up to ‘sat’ appointments with the sales team. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d love to speak to you.The products and services offered are based around our portfolio, including IT Managed Services, technical support, cloud productivity, cyber security, disaster recovery, communications, hardware & software – full training will be given; However, you will be ‘selling’ the appointment. Additional tasks may include creating and maintaining a database of prospects and clients, further communications with clients (usually via letters and cards), and basic administrative tasks as required in the management of these activities. Skills and Experience·
Great communicator – Fluent English speaker, great at talking to people and fantastic at listening.·
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

Experience - previous successful telemarketing experience helpful - B2B and technology knowledge beneficial·
Proactive - A tenacious personality, with a passion for hitting targets.·
Enthusiast - energetic and positive in all aspects of work·
Accurate - High attention to detail with a passion for accuracy·
Computer literate - Excel, Outlook, LinkedIn & CRM experience.This position offers a solid base salary (£23,000-£28,000 DOE pro rata) plus bonus and commission, based on activity and results, with the opportunity to develop within the sales, marketing, or technical teams.
