New Business Account Manager
YORK, OFFICE BASED 3x's per week
£Our client are a successful IT Service and Solutions company and they are growing. Currently looking for a sales person who has experience from the IT channel to join their team.
This role is balanced between telephone-based selling and customer facing sales
The Account Manager is responsible for relationship development to delivering margin growth
Managing a number of accounts as well as new logo acquisition
The role carries an annual sales target broken down monthly and quarterly and based on a growth plan.
The role also requires high levels of opportunity and pipeline management skills.
Develop a sales plan
Proactively maximise opportunities for sales acquisition and growth
sales to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with all mid management level decision makers
Manage key Alliance relationships with manufacturers/vendors, engaging with their account managers to identify new opportunities
Experience as an SDR, Lead Generator and account manager
New business sales experience
