New Build Mortgage Adviser
We are looking for an ambitious Mortgage Advisor to provide high quality mortgage advice to our clients purchasing new build homes. You must be hardworking, flexible, an excellent communicator and willing to go that extra mile to provide a 5-star service to our clients.
First Mortgage work with National Builders throughout the UK. You must be able to work flexible hours including weekends & bank holidays to meet the requirements of clients and builders.
Uncapped earning potential combined with fee free advice and award winning, 5-star rated service, meaning First Mortgage is the place to be for ambitious and talented mortgage advisers.
You will:
· Be able to clearly describe the First Mortgage value proposition and the benefits to clients.
· Have sound knowledge and understanding on new build related processes and schemes (e.g. shared ownership, discounted market value etc)
· Have a minimum of 2 years face to face mortgage experience.
· Have a demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales targets in the mortgage sector.
· Available to work evenings and weekends & bank holidays to offer customers appointments to suit their needs.
· Support our New Build partners at weekend sales events where required.
· Work in a consistent and compliant manner to FCA standards.
· Be CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
