Senior Quantity Surveyor

My client is a well-known building contractor with vast experience within the industry and are looking for a senior quantity surveyor to work in the Northwest on residential building projects including social and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate would have a strong understanding of the JCT form of contract and would have over 6 year’s experience in working on housing projects.

Daily duties would include

• Take off’s


• Client meetings


• Cost management


• Change control


• Compensation events

My client is offering up to £60k plus package for the right individual.
