The role will primarily involve incident management on our clients' live system, on incidents that have been escalated from 1/2nd line resources that are often remotely based environments. We are looking for dependable and experienced support staff that are not afraid to own problems and incidents and deliver solutions to issues.Key Skills / Experience required:Installation, configuration, deployment, maintenance and diagnostics of all (CISCO) Network Devices and supporting cabling and infrastructureLevel 3 Support for the LAN and WAN relating to Core ServicesNetwork support, advice and recommendations to design changeLiaising and working collaboratively with other Third Parties, Resolver Groups, NATO and any other persons specified by the Authority to implement Service Changes and technical changesUpdating Design Documentation to capture Network ChangesConfiguring and filling network Cryptographic ItemsDetailed knowledge of core network technologies and infrastructure including but not limited to:CISCO NexusDetailed understanding of QOS including Traffic Shaping, Policing, Scheduling / Congestion Management and avoidanceExperience of NATO GatewaysAdvanced knowledge of routers, switches and firewall product lines and vendor licensing modelCISCO Switch and CUBEFirewall IPS/IDSOPSFBGPSpanning TreeVolPIf this role is of interest to you, and you obtain a high level security clearance, please apply now!Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group STEM Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.Apply for Network Specialist - Corsham/London - security clearedFields marked with an asterisk (*) are required
