We're seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Service & Infrastructure Delivery Manager to lead our IT service delivery team and ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure across multiple sites.
As the IT Service & Infrastructure Delivery Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the availability, stability, and security of our IT systems while supporting our users and business units across the UK and Portugal.
Your Key Responsibilities would be:
To Lead and manage a team of staff and outsourced partners to oversee Infrastructure Support and Service Desk operations.
Defining and implementing best practice policies and procedures to ensure efficient IT service delivery.
Proactively engage with the business to prioritize phases of work and change requests.
To Act as the Subject Matter Expert in ITIL/ITSM and DevOps approaches.
Plan and coordinate security and business continuity operations.
Develop and implement security and best practice campaigns for internal training.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Manage budgets for infrastructure and security operations and track expenses.
Our ideal candidate will have Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with experience in delivering infrastructure and service desk implementation projects. They will have the ability to build strong relationships, influencing others and will have previously managed a team, being able to mentor their junior colleagues. You would also need to have previous experience and an understanding of on-premises, off-premises, and cloud hosting solutions.
We’re offering this position on a full time permanent basis, working 40 hours per week Monday – Friday. The role is based onsite at our Vitacress Herbs location in Runcton, Chichester offering a starting salary of up to £65,000 Depending on experience and also offer a wide range of benefits, to include an incentive bonus, pension scheme and further benefits listed below:
