A leading energy company is looking for a Network Security Consultant to join their growing team.
You'll work on both digital and physical security projects, ensuring everything is designed, built, and maintained according to regulations, laws, and best practices.
You'll be a key part of the security team, collaborating with various teams across the company. This includes project managers, business leaders, architects, and suppliers. You'll use your technical expertise and communication skills to help make informed decisions about the organization's IT security posture.
Responsibilities:
Security Champion for Projects:
You'll guide project teams (both digital and physical) to make sure their work follows security best practices and company policies.
Technical Expertise:
You'll bring a strong understanding of security technologies and use it to review designs, participate in security committees, and answer questions from project teams.
Security Integration:
You'll develop security requirements throughout the project lifecycle and make sure they're incorporated into existing processes.
Security Maturity:
You'll help create new tools and processes to improve overall security posture.
Qualifications:
Remote Access Security
Network Operations Center (NOC) Operations
Network Security Visibility Techniques
Web Proxy Security
A background in API Management/Security is a plus!
