Network Engineer

Network Engineer | Bridgend | Up to £55,000 Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are currently looking for a Senior Network Engineer to assist our client with their large and growing customer base. As Senior Network Engineer you will be part of a fast growing, pioneering working environment as they expand their capabilities to meet client demand. You will be joining the Project Services team in a dynamic and challenging environment, as digital transformation continues to grow you will be joining at a time where you will be supported in an exciting career journey. Senior Network Engineer job duties: As Network Engineer, you will install network and security devices, configure and troubleshoot any issues resulting from changes on commercial and secure client sites, whilst implementing network changes. Job pre-requisites: You will have experience and demonstrate subject matter expertise in relation to Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Change Control both in terms of implementation and documentation. You’ll liaisie with change requestors to achieve client deadlines and demonstrate client facing, customer service skills. You should have recent experience of implementing changes on a range of LAN/ WAN and Firewall devices using Change Control processes. You will demonstrate a solid grounding in change control, high standards, time self-management and excellent communication skills. You will be experienced in telecoms implementations and have advanced Cisco knowledge.***This role has SC clearance as mandatory due to the nature of the work.
