Network Engineer

Our client is a global leading investment management company with over 400 employees worldwide including 100 investment professionals currently managing over 15 billion pounds. The successful Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for maintaining data, Voice or Video network hardware while investigating, resolving network issues.Key Responsibilities:You will be responsible for providing technical support on data networks for internal and external customers and answer technical questions while implementing the correct course of action.Design and manage a corporate enterprise and executive office environment that is growing rapidly as well as manage key supplier and vendor relationships.Ensure an escalation path for fault resolution, talking directly to end users, suppliers, and other teams within the organization.Responsible for the proactive and reactive network monitoring and management, fault resolution and security patching.You will be working on a mixture of projects and be responsible for producing high quality documentation for network design and processes.Delivering sample, scalable solutions and processes that improves the user experience.Effectively deal with tickets and incidents passed on from the service desk.Key Requirements:A minimum of 5 years’ experience of supporting a global network, delivering complete end to end connectivity.Proven ability to organise & prioritise multiple tasks dailyService oriented, accurate, effective, and able to work unsupervised even under pressureSupport, management, and implementation of Next-Gen FirewallsWireless (Meraki preferred)Site to Site VPNs on various devices (Inc IOS)Thorough knowledge of various routing protocols: BGP, OSPF & EIGRPIndustry: Financial Services Position: Senior Voice Network Engineer Reports to: Head of Networks Type: Full Time, Permanent Location: London...Industry: Financial Services Position: Head of Desktop Support and Engineering Reports to: Head of Infrastructure and Cloud Services Type:...Key Contract Information – Company: Global Digital Software Company Position: Customer Success Manager Contract Length: 12 Months (Potential to...
