Network Analyst - Hybrid

Celon has an exciting opportunity for a Network Analyst to join ourteam, starting immediately, on an initial 12-month fixed-termcontract, with the potential to lead into a permanent role.Working as an extension of our clients teams, including some ofthe UKs largest organisations were looking for a talented andproactive Network Analyst with a minimum 3 years demonstrableexperience, a strong understanding of Cisco Meraki SDWAN and CiscoRouters and Switches, with experience of contributing to andimplementing solutions designs and the confidence and ability tocommunicate complex technical concepts to both technical andnon-technical team members.Celon is a Microsoft Gold Partnerwith a growing consultancy value building skills, experience andresponsibility; and actively encourage continued personal and careerdevelopment, with learning and development incentives and a generoustraining budget to sponsor professional qualifications.KeyResponsibilities:Work with team leads and client(s)to define and document network requirements.Review andintegrate requirements, including functional, security, usability,performance, quality, and operations.Proactive maintenance,capacity management and ongoing upgrade of the core networkinfrastructureEnsure all Network related changes follow thenecessary infrastructure Change management processes.Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience:Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in a Networking roleStrong knowledge and understanding of Cisco Meraki SDWANProven experience of configuring network infrastructure,including Cisco Routing and Switching in complex environmentsPrevious experience monitoring, investigating and diagnosingnetwork faults, security and performance issuesExperience ofproducing and maintaining network documentationExcellentproblem solving, analytical and communication skillsDesirable Skills, Knowledge and Experience:BSc/MSc Computer Science, Information Technology or arelated fieldCertifications in Networking, such as CCNA, area bonusHybrid Working tosupport a better work-life balanceContinuous ProfessionalDevelopment a personal programme to maximise employee potential,including bonus incentives for passing industry certificationsMedical Insurance all employees are eligible forcomprehensive private medical insurance cover that includes a VirtualGP ServicePension Scheme to help employees plan for theirfuture we offer a competitive pension scheme
