NetSuite Administrator

Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are working with a rapidly growing technology and data company as they look for a NetSuite CRM Administrator to join their NetSuite programme team. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and people-focused team in a central London location to implement and manage NetSuite across a diverse & exciting company. NetSuite is our clients’ cloud business platform of choice, covering key business processes from sales, through delivery to financials. As an internal consultant you will have plenty of opportunities to apply and to develop your knowledge and experience, with the benefits of working at an end-user. As NetSuite CRM Administrator you will have deep expertise in contract renewals, case management and campaigns gained from working with a range of previous clients or in a similar internal consulting role with a NetSuite end-user. Reporting to the NetSuite Programme Manager you will work with the business teams, Marketing, IT and Finance to define needs, deliver solutions, resolve issues and deliver ongoing training and support to embed change. Experience of delivering functional workshops, configuring NetSuite forms, roles, workflows and reports is essential. THE EXPECTATIONS: If you can deliver business analysis, solution design, specifications, configuration, development, testing and training for CRM we’d like to hear from you. Consultants who can define business processes to align with NetSuite processes, deliver workshops to define requirements and design solutions, and configure NetSuite forms, roles, items in Sandbox and prepare deployment bundles for technical consultants/administrators should apply. Designing and developing NetSuite workflows; defining specifications for customisations and integrations and defining data migration templates to validate loaded data will make up part of your role. If you can deliver training to users and actively participate in project team meetings; working collaboratively with colleagues to complete work according to plan in a proactive manner, then you are likely to receive and immediate interview request.
