Neighbourhood Officer (London)

A leading Housing Association requires a Neighbourhood Response Officer to work on a temporary basis to cover an initial three month assignment. This is a hybrid role covering Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest, the client has offices in East and North London, they operate a hybrid work pattern.

Main duties will be;

To ensure that the HA neighbourhoods are places that residents want to live. You'll do this by understanding local needs and working collaboratively with other teams, residents groups and external partners; ensuring estates are clean, safe and well maintained, and improvements are identified, planned and delivered.
To investigate breaches of tenancy, support more vulnerable customers and ensure that anti-social behaviour is addressed and prevented by working collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies.
Successful delivery will involve a strong collaborative approach across the HA teams and departments, local partners and residents.

Preferable to have access to car, travel expenses paid. Estate inspection based duties, carrying out visits and inspections (not too much admin).

Basic DBS required.
