RBH currently have an opportunity for a Neighbourhood Housing Manager to join our Customer and Communities Services on a full-time, permanent basis.
Managing, training and developing a team of patch-based neighbourhood housing officers, youll deliver a high quality, professional customer facing service. Acting as portfolio lead for one of three key housing management functions
lettings, anti social behaviour and safeguarding.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who:
Provides professional advice on housing management and related matters, so that key decisions are taken with full knowledge , and where risks are mitigated.
Provides strong operational management which will develop and embed a high-performance, customer-focussed culture.
Identifies and develops service improvements which provide value for money and a strong customer focus.
Works with the Neighbourhood Housing Lead to translate legislative requirements into operational delivery.
Ensures RBH policies and procedures are adhered to and monitored by effective quality assurance reviews.
What we are looking for?
CIH Level 3 or willingness to work towards it.
