NEC4 Site Supervisor

• Daily inspections, site records, and photos
• Working collaboratively with the Contractor, Design team, and other support teams
• Supporting the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager
• Supervising activities of the Graduate
• Supporting the assessment of TQ/RFI's
• Support for assessment of Compensation Events and quotations
• Support for assessment of Valuation and Cost Forecast
• Support for assessment of Programme
• Supporting the junior member of staff
• Supporting the communications teams with photos/updates on works

• Significant experience in highway site construction
• Experience with NEC contracts
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to cover night time civils and surfacing works
• A valid driving license
