Test Manager NEC Housing implementation
Initial 3 months contract.
Hybrid position, 3 days per week on site (Sheffield).
£400+ per day Outside IR35
My client is looking for consultancy support to oversee and execute the testing phase of their NEC implementation.

Able to embed themselves efficiently within the programme team.
This role would suit either a Test Manager or a Project Manager with experience of NEC testing phases.
Duties;
Review and refine the test schedule, working with the Programme Team and Delivery Managers of each module (rents, customer services, allocations, estates etc)
Manage the execution of the test schedule.
Act as the lead officer for testing sessions; coordinating testers, guiding them through the process, and supporting them during test activities. Identify and document issues raised during testing, with a view to working with in-house teams and the supplier to reach an acceptable resolution for any faults (in-house config tweaks or supplier action).
Act as the lead officer when liaising with NEC about issues, and take ownership for the successful resolution of problems.
Update and maintain test tracker power app, so the programme board has up-to-date stats on the status of test scripts and tests completed. Coordinate with the infrastructure team to ensure integration testing is meeting requirements, and work with Delivery Managers to schedule end to end test runs.
Work with Delivery Managers and relevant senior stakeholders to obtain sign off for testing, and present this to programme board for formal sign off.
Provide fortnightly updates to the Programme Delivery Board on the status of testing, raising any issues or risks that need escalating to be unblocked.
Work with the Programme Manager to identify timetabling issues and risks, and agreeing mitigation
