NEC Housing Applications Analyst (Service Charge & Major Works)

Experienced NEC Housing Applications analyst required for an immediate start!Please note that for this role, you must have experience of Service Charges billing and reconciliation within NEC Housing!Role Purpose:The role of the Senior Applications Analyst - Will be to support and assist in the provision of technical support and documentation for Service Charges & Major works to include billing and reconciliation within NEC Housing.Technical Knowledge and Experience:Experience of Service Charges billing and reconciliation within NEC Housing - EssentialExperience of writing SQL for Oracle database scripting.- EssentialExperience of formulas in Excel spreadsheets- EssentialExperience of investigating, troubleshooting, resolving day to day help desk calls pertaining to NEC -EssentialUnderstanding and knowledge of data tables and reporting tool used with NEC- DesirableKnowledge and experience of creating and trouble shooting DTI's- DesirableKnowledge and experience of NEC modules (Estates- Rents)- DesirableExperience of Northgate data loaders and batch processes.- DesirableSupport the application release and deployment management process so that all phases are undertaken before release into production- DesirableInstall and configure software upgrades and provide on-going technical maintenance and usage support of business applications-DesirableProvide on-going technical maintenance and usage support of business applications-DesirableSpecify, implement, install and configure new third party business applications to ensure that the solutions meet the needs of the service area, liaising with project managers and suppliers where necessary-DesirableAnalyse, define, configure and implement interfaces between business applications to provide integrated solutions-DesirableUnderstand the security threats posed by/to applications that are accessible via the internet, devising and implementing security measures-DesirableIf you feel that you fit the above criteria and have relevant experience, apply now!
