NDT Technician

Got NDT Experience? Want to work for a company that�provides engineering solutions in electric powertrains and have a background in high-performance engineering? This client are looking for an experienced NDT Technician to support their Central Quality Team.
Responsibilities:

• To carry out daily checks for both penetrant and magnetics and keep log up to date


• To inspect components for discontinuities to prescribed specifications


• To collect and send penetrant samples for analysis


• Maintain NDT equipment and standards in line with the international customer requirements


• In addition to the above, the NDT technician will be expected to fulfil any other reasonable requirements consistent with departmental objective

Experience Required:

• Technical specialist


• NDT Level Il qualification to BS EN4179 NAS 410 or working toward


• Able to exercise technical judgement, using sound engineering principles and appropriate experience


• Effective in planning, management, and implementation of NDT activities


• Familiar with following and using quality systems and procedures
