Position: NDT Inspector

Location: Wolverhampton         

Job Type: Permanent

One of our Aerospace & Defence clients based in Wolverhampton are currently looking for an experienced NDT Inspector to join the team. This is a permanent position with benefits such as:

Role and Responsibilities:

• Set up and standardise Equipment.
• Perform and document NDT process control checks.
• Inspect parts inline with NDT techniques regarding dye penetrant, visual and acid etch methods and magnetic particle.
• Generate NDT data sheets.
• Interpret test results & create solutions.
• Complete test reports and discuss finding.
• Assist with audits and compliance activities.

Experience or Qualifications:    

• Previous training and experience with EN4179/NAS410 certification.
• Experience at Level 2 regarding NDT methods (NDT level 1 will also be considered).
• A recognised apprenticeship or qualification i.e NVQ level 3/HNC etc.
