Are you a Service Manager or similar looking to take on a national role for one of the UK's largest mobility companies, who will give you full autonomy within their assessment department, the opportunity to make a real difference, work from home and the ability to progress into a senior figure within the business?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established healthcare group provide mobility solutions for both domestic and commercial clients across the UK, their devices include stairlifts, through floor lifts and ceiling track hoists. Due to an ever-increasing workload and new contracts, they are looking for a National Service Manager to oversee their team of 20 Field Assessors.

In this autonomous role, you will be responsible for overseeing the workload, training and productivity of every Assessor up and down the UK. You will focus on operational efficiency, future strategies, recruitment of new staff and appraisals / development of current staff. You will be fully trained on industry processes, travel around the UK visiting OT's and staff within the team.

This role would suit a Service Manager or similar looking for an autonomous role on a National scale for a leading healthcare provider, who will allow you to make a real difference within the business, become a leading figure, work from home and provide a company vehicle or car allowance.

The Role:

• Overseeing a team of 20 Field Equipment Assessors
• Focused on Operational Efficiency, Development and Training
• Field visits to Assessor's and OT's
• Monday to Friday - hybrid working

The Person:

• Service Manager or similar
• Happy with Field Based travel
• Full UK Driving License
