Job DescriptionNational Sales ManagerPreston£40,000 OTE £36,000Company CarOur client has secured Venatu Recruitment to work on a retained basis for the vacancy of Sales Manager.They are looking to add to the sales team by hiring a sales manager. The role will have the responsibility of working with 6 Sales Representatives, 2 Account Managers, and 2 Lead Generators.The business has a turnover of 11 million and you will be responsible for the budget for the company. The role will be managing the representatives who work in the field as well as supporting internal activities.Duties will include but not be limited toDeveloping and implementing strategic sales plans that expand a company’s customer base and solidify its presence.Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by assessing the team’s strengths and weaknessesEstablishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with themDeveloping and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programmes to capture key demographics.Training and mentoring new and existing hires, setting realistic targets and KPI’s.Supporting the Directors with customer knowledge, business plans, and reports when required.What we requirePrevious Sales management experienceProven record of achievementAbility to empower a sales team and drive activity.Previous face-to-face meetings and confidence in building a successful sale team.Previous experience working to Service Level Agreements and understanding the delivery of services.Must have an enthusiastic approach to the delivery of business requirements.Able to drive and willing to travel in the UK.What’s in it for you.£40,000 BasicOTE £36,000 uncappedCompany PensionCompany Car25 Days Holiday + StatutorySales Manager is a specialist division here at Venatu Recruitment Group.
