A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a National Sales Manager to join an renowned UK manufacturing in the Medical/Pharmaceutical Industry in the Bristol Area!

With no day ever being the same the National Sales Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop an annual sales strategy which aligns with the companies goals and business plan
  • Managing a team of 6 individuals - creating targets and monitoring KPI's
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders and influence buying decisions
  • Monthly reporting including business unit performance and forecasting.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Man Management experience within a sales environment
  • Ability to sell to all levels within healthcare e.g. surgeons
  • Experience selling devices or consumables within the healthcare sector
  • Ability to deal with a complex product range
