We are the premier Australia and NZ aviation and airfreight recruitment specialist.Job Description:Wymap People are seeking a dynamic leader to grow, support and develop the team across all Australian Ports. The National Recruitment Manager will be incentivised to execute national recruitment strategies and action plans to ensure growth of the Wymap People.Additionally, the National Recruitment Manager will play a pivotal role to establish and oversee a national candidate sourcing strategy that meets candidate and client demand. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:• Ensure compliance processes for all candidate sourcing, recruitment, placement, and induction activities.• Coordinate regular staff meetings to assess current performance, address regional issues and opportunities, and enact any updated company policies and procedures.• Liaise with other departments (such as sales, commercial, finance) to meet business growth targets• Keep up to date on industry trends, creating talent pipelines etc.• Track recruitment metrics, for example, cost per hire.• Provide HR coaching services to the Recruitment Consultants in implement best recruitment practice;• Support and coach staff in all recruitment stages• Ensure seamless daily operations and executing strategies to boost team performance and achieve success.• Communicate with clients or management to determine present and future hiring needs and company objectives• Establish and oversee a national candidate sourcing strategy that meets candidate and client demand.• Build long-term relationships with clients, partners, industry and foundations.• Network by participating in industry events.• Upskill and train team members as required. • Keeping abreast of all HR compliance-related issues including all rules, regulations and awards and ensuring the business remains compliance focused.• Provide coaching and support to staff around employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary action• Evaluate various recruitment software for potential implementation.• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop recruitment advertising strategies, including marketing cold calling, social media and LinkedIn strategies and operational process enhancements to ensure the network is grown with the best possible candidates. • Participate in job fairs and career events• Execute national recruitment strategies and action plans to ensure growth of the Wymap People. Ensure tools and literature in place to support the recruitment process for potential candidates.• Research and choose job advertising options• Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations• Motivate and lead individual staff to reach their set targets and KPIs.• Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performanceUpdate current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)Recommend ways to improve our employer brandSKILLS & EXPERIENCE Qualifications: • Human Resources qualifications or equivalent work based experience;ROLE Requirements: Have at least 5 years' experience as a recruiter / business development managerExperience in an operational transport aviation environment is desirableExcellent analytical ability and development of metric reporting toolsTechnical ability in both systems and processDemonstrated knowledge of human resource & industrial relations regulatory requirementsHands on individual who is solutions driven and works with the business to deliver exceptional serviceA broad understanding of various recruitment methodologies.Possess the ability to negotiate at a senior commercial level. Background in building strong relationships, improving business performance, and ensuring positive outcomes for both Employers and individuals.Strong commercial acumen and strategic focus.Proactive and willing to improve processes and procedures.
