National Operations Manager - Children and young people

Caritas Futures are supporting a well-known national of children and young people charity with National Operations Manager role in the Newcastle/Gateshead.

Salary �41,705 - �46,339.62

Experience:

• Proven track record in delivering outstanding frontline Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing models for disadvantaged young people and their families.
• Understanding of implementing quality governance processes and frameworks to evidence quality.
• Previous Operation manager experience
• Proven ability in leading and developing large teams of staff.
• Substantial experience of managing, developing, and evaluating effective and innovative services for vulnerable children and families
• Experience of working with Education mental health practitioners

Due to the nature of the work the following are essential:

• DBS on update service or one will be conducted on your behalf.
• On site working to best support clients
• Mental Health Experience and/or Relevant Qualifications
