About the Company:
Boden Group is working exclusively with a leading facilities provider to source an Operations Director. Reporting to the Business Unit Director (BUD), you will lead a high profile, flagship account with a national remit. This is a great opportunity to join a high growth business and business unit, expected to grow by +30% in the next year.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of mixed-use buildings with a team of 7 reports and influence over a wider team of 300+.
Lead TFM self-delivery and successfully deputize for the BUD.
Be operationally and commercially responsible for a single flagship account with a national remit.

This opportunity offers a hybrid/remote working environment and is suited for candidates experienced in operationally managing multi-region portfolios, leading leaders, and influencing larger service teams. We are looking to speak with senior Operations Directors who have managed a P&L value of £20m+.
