Boden Group is working exclusively with a leading facilities provider to source an Operations Director. Reporting to the Business Unit Director (BUD), you will lead a high-profile, flagship account with a national remit. This is a great opportunity to join a high-growth business and business unit, expected to grow by +30% in the next year.

Portfolio of mixed-use buildings reports of 7 with influence over a wider team of 300+.
TFM self-delivery successful candidate will deputise for the BUD, whilst being operationally and commercially responsible for a single flagship account.
To a national remit, this opportunity is offering a hybrid/remote working environment.
The Operations Director opportunity will suit candidates who are experienced in operationally managing multi-region portfolios, with experience in leading leaders and influencing larger service teams. We are looking to speak with senior Operations Directors who have managed a P&L value of £20m+.
