For us, it's more than just treating patients, it's about looking after people.As the National Integrated Quality Governance Assurance Lead you will provide evidence of group wide safe service, high quality of service provided through IQG and MPS governance systems and processes.Key Responsibilities:Leading on the 'Inspection ready' program for IQG/MPS central function to include the Patient Safety and Quality Reviews.Participating in Patient Safety and Quality Reviews both remotely and on site.Utilising existing datasets (e.g. AMAT, DATIX) assess, monitor and review hospital performance to ensure full compliance with the CQC/HIS/HIW national minimum standards.Supporting hospitals with the preparation for inspection or assessment visits from the CQC/HIS/HIW and other relevant regulatory bodies.Leading hospital compliance audits in relation to IQG/MPS policies; and support hospitals with any areas of non-compliance.Engaging with colleagues across the central function in relation to policy, audit, self-assessment development, implementation, and review.Promoting and facilitating effective and timely lines of communication within multidisciplinary teams across the organisation, building relationships, and affecting delivery of actions.Key Requirements:Supportive, engaging and kind communication skills to take people with you on a journeyPrevious experience of developing IQG systems and processesDemonstrable experience of working with in GovernanceDegree level education or equivalent experienceProven track record of meeting deadlines and closing actionsEvidence of good organisational and administrative skillsCompetent to use the full range of Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn Spire Healthcare systems including SAP, Datix, AMAT.Able to meet deadlines and to co-ordinate a variety of activity threads simultaneouslyAble to present data and information in a neat, professional, and accessible manner that promotes the reputation of the business.Benefits:We offer employed colleagues a competitive salary as well as a comprehensive benefits package which includes but is not limited to:35 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidaysEmployer and employee contributory pension with flexible retirement options'Spire for you' reward platform - discount and cashback for over 1000 retailersFree wellness screeningPrivate medical insuranceLife assuranceSpire Healthcare is committed to creating an environment that will attract, retain, and motivate its people.
