National Director of Operations

Boden Group are working with a unique and industry-leading FM company to source an Operations Director to lead a flagship account. The Operations Director will report to the Account Director and will be responsible for the national operations covering +800 locations and a service team of +#####.
Key points:
Flagship customer account, with group-level exposure
Operational responsibility of +1700 service team covering 800+ locations
Complex multi-site and multi-region portfolio covering a national portfolio
TFM service delivery with a focus on hard services/engineering
We are looking to speak with senior leaders who are experienced in managing large service teams and leading leaders. The Operations Director will ultimately be responsible for the operations within a large and complex national account, forecasted to grow substantially in#####4. This is a National role, it will offer a hybrid working environment.
