Are you a National Account Manager with experience in consumer goods? We are looking for someone to join a company that is well-known within the toy industry. You'll be responsible for Asda as well as several smaller accounts.
The company specialises in the world-renowned games and entertainment products. With a portfolio spanning multiple categories, they are now looking for a National Account Manager to work autonomously and drive their accounts forward.
This is an all-encompassing National Account Manager position, where you will be responsible for end-to-end account management, you will drive sales growth, develop strong relationships with buyers, and execute effective promotional strategies to maximise revenue and market share. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to make a significant impact within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at key grocery customers.
Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure alignment and execution of initiatives.
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotional programs to drive sales and profitability.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management.
The Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in National Account Management within the consumer goods or entertainment industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing retail accounts and driving sales growth.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Flexibility to travel as needed.
