This makes it perfect for someone looking to step back into the FMCG market from an extended break, or a Buyer looking to transition across.Of course immediate starts are ideal as the gap in the team is now as a result of maternity leave. This is a business investing and growing so the FTC may not be the end, but of course we cannot promise that:Full strategic responsibility for customerFull management of P&LClose cross functional work with Category and Cust Marketing TeamsHeavily marketing led business so time to get your creative juices flowing with full responsibility for in store planning and activation.About You:You will already have a strong background in large branded consumer business and have experienced a rotation on a customer. You must come from an FMCG background with a preference for branded consumer product:Experience in a sales, retail buying or customer facing marketing roleFMCG big business or large branded training backgroundExperience of presenting to customersBundles of energy and creativityStrong relationship skills, both internally and externally to entice people to get on board and come on the journey these guys are a social bunch so bring your A game.Most importantly, this is about your style, this is a business that puts the customer and its employees front and centre of everything they do.
