Package: up to £30,000 DOE - (9-5pm - 37.5 hours - Flexible) Holidays: 25 days + bank Location: TattenHall - Hybrid Working Benefits: Bonus Scheme - Team Events - Work place pension - Parking on siteReporting to: Senior National Account ManagerMain Responsibilities to include:Provide administrative support to deliver category initiatives e.g. new product launches brand activationPlan, implement, and maintain the customer promotional plan, in line with agreed timelines and guidelines set by Sales Director and Finance.Own promotional modelling, analysis and evaluation for key accounts making recommendations to improve promotional spend effectivenessManage financial administration for our retail customer accounts, raising POs, matching invoices, and solving price queriesSupport with the end-to-end Amazon Vendor Central process: accepting and processing PO's, liaising with Account Manager on any changes and communication with 3PL to ensure correct despatch dates are met.Maintain accurate customer forecasts across key customer accountsDevelop relationships with customer supply chain contacts to further ensure collaborative forecasts are agreedDevelop and maintain EPOS, Sell-in and stock holding reportAdditional ad hoc reporting and customer management activities as business requiresIdeal Candidate:Experience in a strong FMCG organisationStrong levels of entrepreneurial spiritAbility to build and maintain successful relationships with key partnersExperience of working with cross-functional teamsStrong communication and relationship building skillsData and insight literate - comfortable on converting data points into insight to drive actionIn-depth understanding of sales performance metricsExcellent Excel skillsJBRP1_UKTJ
