The role will play a vital part in delivering sales growth to meet the financial targets of the Sales & Marketing function for Workplace Training and Supplies. It will also provide opportunities to grow and develop your career, achieve a healthy work life balance and to be recognised for the great work you do.Please see the job description for more detail (this can be viewed on our website or once you click apply)About You:You will have experience of building rapport & developing sustainable relationships in a B2B environment with major corporate customers.Have the ability to win, retain and grow new customers in a face to face environmentHave a strong customer focus with the ability to listen and respond to customers to provide a quality serviceHave excellent interpersonal skillsAbout the Role:You will need to Proactively maintain and build positive relationships resulting in St John Ambulance being the preferred supplier of first aid and health & safety products and services, including preparing and conducting business reviews, making presentations,Support the National Account Manager to grow the business with Major Accounts responding to pre-qualification questionnaires, submitting bids/proposals, preparing tenders, proposals for additional services, up-selling and cross-selling, leading tenderEstablish and implement contact plans for all major accounts, including elements such as face to face visits, phone calls, structured and less formal visits, customer satisfaction reviews etc.Contribute to the overall achievement of the face to face team for both workplace revenue and also St John Ambulance supplies.Support the National Account manager to convert opportunities and build new accounts in line with the strategy plus retain and grow the existing customer base by identifying upsell opportunities.Achieve or exceed targets, in terms of quality and frequency of contact.About Us:This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of over 1,700 employees and over 30,000 volunteers, united by our goal of saving lives through essential first aid services, training and campaigning.
