What you'll do
You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
Our Nail Technician are responsible for providing professional nail services including manicures and gel nails at both The Dorchester Spa and 45 Park Lane to ensure that guests receive nothing but the best experience
You will greet guests by name, ensure that the consultation form has been completed, discuss any medical issues with the guest, respecting guests privacy and confidentiality at all times
You will advise guests on suitable skincare and nail products, taking every opportunity to retail products that are appropriate for the client
You will assist with stocktaking and control where required
Youll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests special requests or any challenges that may arise during the day
