Music Teacher

A Music Teacher is required for an outstanding secondary school in the South Tyneside area. You will deliver Music to Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. This is a full time Music Teacher role which will begin ASAP and is ongoing, with a possibility of one year. The school is mixed sex and has supportive and friendly staff and managers.

The ideal candidate would:

• Have good classroom management skills


• Have a passion for teaching Music 


• Have excellent subject knowledge


• Be able to organise themselves


• Be able to plan effective, engaging Music lessons.

We are keen to hear from both experienced Music teachers or ECTs.

To apply for a Music teaching position with Premier Teachers you must hold QTS or QTLS.

In addition, you must:

• Provide two referees we can contact

• Have a DBS form or be prepared to obtain one
