We are looking for an experienced Multiskilled Plumber to join our Estates team to carry out required work in our schools and residential services around the Swansea and Pembrokeshire area. This role would also require the need for the perfect candidate to be able to support with other maintenance work needed therefore, experience in carpentry and painting will also be required.
A day in life of a Multi Skilled Plumber with Orbis Education and Care Involves:
Carry out all aspects of responsive maintenance works (carpentry, minor plumbing, painting).
Tap replacements and installations
Minor plumbing repairs
Responsive maintenance services
Drainage solutions
Unblockages
Radiator services
External/Internal blockage resolution
Analyse problems and identify appropriate tools and materials for repairs.
Write report documenting the problem and summary of action...
