Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established Building Services company based in Essex.

GH Engage is currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance in a large static industrial/commercial contract based in Essex. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary up to �45,000 + �1000 AP allowance with a potential route into supervisory positions.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• High pressure systems
• Liquid nitrogen
• Gases
• Clean rooms
• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• AHUs, FCUs
• Tap temprature checks
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance

Hours of Work & Package Information

• Basic Salary of up to �45,000
• �1000 AP allowance
• Monday - Friday 07:00 am - 16:00 pm
• Call out Rota 1 in 4 (�150 per week + 4 hours pay minimum/call)

Requirements

• Mechanically or Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• DBS / SC Clearance - required
• AP Ticket (LV / HV / Pressure systems) Preffered
• Client Facing
